About the job

Harvey is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the development of new products at the intersection of AI, legal data, and legal workflows. This role is crucial for scaling our ecosystem of integrations, APIs, and data partnerships, which are key growth drivers. You will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for a strategic new product, working closely with engineering, product, and design teams to bring it to life. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of enterprise workflows, thrives in ambiguity, and can translate user needs into durable value. This is a highly strategic position focused on platform, product, and partnerships, aiming to make Harvey the central intelligence system for professional work.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy for new products across various Harvey applications and integrations.
  • Prioritize, scope, and ship integrations that provide customer value and competitive differentiation.
  • Translate partner and customer demand into a product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, and PMM to align investments with commercial strategy and customer needs.
  • Partner with GTM and Partnerships to develop sales enablement, positioning, and customer-facing narratives for new capabilities.
  • Define success metrics and iterate on products based on data.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years at a Staff or Senior PM level in a high-growth tech company.
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling complex platform or infrastructure products, preferably in enterprise SaaS, document management, knowledge management, or data-intensive domains.
  • Strong technical acumen to engage with engineering on system design, distributed systems, data pipelines, and retrieval architectures.
  • Experience building products that handle sensitive data with robust security, compliance, and access control.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive clarity.
  • Strong product sense and attention to detail, with the ability to manage both high-level strategy and implementation details.
