About the job
Harvey is transforming how legal and professional services operate by combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise. We are seeking a senior product leader to own and drive the strategy for Harvey’s legal operations platform. This role is crucial for enabling enterprise expansion by providing legal departments with the operational tooling needed to adopt Harvey with confidence. You will define from first principles how AI-native software reshapes legal operations workflows, working at the intersection of platform, product, and partnerships to build transformative capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for Harvey’s legal operations platform, covering configuration, governance, performance visibility, and compliance.
- Drive end-to-end feature execution from discovery through launch, collaborating with engineering for fast, high-quality releases.
- Partner with enterprise customers and customer success to understand legal department needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Collaborate with go-to-market, partnerships, and legal engineering teams to ensure effective feature positioning and enablement.
- Establish success metrics and feedback loops to quantify platform value and drive continuous iteration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years at a Staff or Senior PM level in a high-growth technology company.
- Proven track record of owning and scaling complex platform or infrastructure products, ideally in enterprise SaaS, document management, knowledge management, or data-intensive domains.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply with engineering on system design, distributed systems, data pipelines, and retrieval architectures.
- Experience building products that handle sensitive data with robust security, compliance, and access control requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive clarity through complexity.
- Strong product sense and attention to detail, with the ability to think through both high-level strategy and implementation details.
