This role is crucial for scaling Harvey's enterprise adoption by providing General Counsel and legal operations leaders with the tools to manage, govern, and evaluate external firms and vendors. You will define the product roadmap from discovery to launch, ensuring alignment with Harvey's enterprise strategy and a high-quality user experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape AI-native software within a rapidly growing company at the forefront of transforming professional services.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product roadmap for Harvey’s legal operations platform, covering configuration, governance, performance visibility, and compliance.
  • Drive end-to-end feature execution from discovery through launch, collaborating closely with engineering for a fast cadence and high quality.
  • Partner with enterprise customers and customer success to understand legal department workflows and translate insights into product requirements.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market, partnerships, and legal engineering teams to ensure effective feature positioning and enablement.
  • Establish success metrics and feedback loops to quantify platform value and drive continuous iteration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years at a Staff or Senior PM level in a high-growth tech company.
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling complex platform or infrastructure products, preferably in enterprise SaaS, document management, knowledge management, or data-intensive domains.
  • Strong technical acumen, including experience with system design, distributed systems, data pipelines, and retrieval architectures.
  • Experience building products that handle sensitive data with robust security, compliance, and access control.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills, from engineers to executives.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive clarity.
  • Strong product sense with attention to detail, capable of considering both high-level strategy and implementation details.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: $213,600 - $300,000
  • Potential eligibility for Harvey Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus
  • Annual refresh equity grants
  • Compensation offers based on geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need
