About the job
Harvey is seeking a senior product leader to define and drive the strategy for its legal operations platform. This platform aims to provide General Counsel and legal operations leaders with visibility and control over their engagement with outside firms and vendors, becoming a core growth lever and strategic differentiator for Harvey. The role is highly strategic, sitting at the intersection of platform, product, and partnerships, and will involve working closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and customer success teams to build transformative AI-native software capabilities. This is an opportunity to reshape decades-old legal operations workflows and contribute to building a generational company in the AI space.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for Harvey’s legal operations platform, covering configuration, governance, performance visibility, and compliance.
- Drive end-to-end feature execution from discovery through launch, collaborating with engineering for a fast cadence and high quality.
- Partner with enterprise customers and customer success to understand legal department needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Collaborate with go-to-market, partnerships, and legal engineering to ensure effective feature positioning and enablement.
- Establish success metrics and feedback loops to quantify platform value and drive continuous iteration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years at a Staff or Senior PM level at a high-growth technology company.
- Proven track record of owning and scaling complex platform or infrastructure products, ideally in enterprise SaaS, document management, knowledge management, or data-intensive domains.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply with engineering on system design, distributed systems, data pipelines, and retrieval architectures.
- Experience building products that handle sensitive data with robust security, compliance, and access control requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive clarity through complexity.
- Strong product sense and attention to detail, with the ability to think through both high-level strategy and implementation details.
Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $213,600 - $300,000
- Potential eligibility for Harvey Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus
- Annual refresh equity grants
- Total compensation package includes base salary, bonus/commission, and equity
