Harvey is transforming professional services by combining advanced agentic AI with an enterprise-grade platform. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between our product and client-facing teams, explaining technical aspects, addressing security and architecture concerns, and configuring customer accounts for seamless integration. Your expertise will drive upsell opportunities for additional products and API offerings, playing a key part in scaling a rapidly growing company that is defining a new category in real-time.
Responsibilities
- Articulate the technical capabilities and benefits of Harvey.ai to clients in collaboration with Go To Market and Customer Success teams.
- Address and resolve customer queries regarding security, architecture, AI technology, and platform integration.
- Lead the setup and configuration of customer accounts, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and other authentication mechanisms.
- Understand customer requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployment of the Harvey.ai platform.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities, particularly for additional SKUs and API capabilities.
- Act as a technical advisor during the sales process, guiding on best practices, technical feasibility, and product alignment.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Harvey.ai's architecture, security standards, and AI capabilities for effective communication.
- Provide feedback and insights to the product team based on customer interactions to inform future development.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with enterprise customers, navigating complex buying cycles and aligning with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain concepts like LLM behavior, security architecture, and API integrations to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at translating between customer needs and internal teams (Product and Engineering).
- Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and champion customer outcomes.
- Collaborative, low-ego approach, enjoying cross-functional work and customer engagement.
- Curiosity about generative AI and excitement to learn about emerging technologies in regulated industries.
