About the job
Harvey is transforming how legal and professional services operate by combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise. This is a unique opportunity to help build a generational company at an inflection point, with strong product-market fit and investor support. The team operates with intensity, ownership, and a commitment to the mission, valuing decisiveness, simplicity, and continuous improvement. As a Product Operations Manager, Data, you will be the crucial link between our data product surfaces, Engineering, Go-To-Market teams, and external technology partners. Your role will ensure customer and partner signals are translated into fast, coordinated actions, managing intake and triage for feature requests and data issues, running early-access programs, and overseeing partner relationships to maintain a reliable data pipeline for AI adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own the intake, triage, and prioritization of customer feature requests.
- Triage customer-reported data and product issues, assess severity and impact, coordinate resolution, and ensure timely communication.
- Manage relationships with external technology partners, including onboarding, operations, issue resolution, and delivery quality.
- Plan and execute early-access programs for new features, including customer selection, onboarding, feedback collection, and launch recommendations.
- Coordinate cross-functional launches by tracking dependencies, validating operational readiness, surfacing risks, and keeping initiatives on track.
- Translate customer, partner, and internal feedback into clear requirements, prioritized workstreams, and actionable recommendations.
- Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials for internal teams.
- Identify recurring operational challenges and implement lightweight systems, automation, and processes to enable team scalability.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, Technical Program Management, or a related operational role at a high-growth tech or SaaS company, preferably supporting data, integrations, or technical product surfaces.
- Experience triaging and prioritizing inbound requests and issues at volume, effectively separating signal from noise.
- Comfort engaging with data and technical issues to assess severity and impact.
- Experience managing external vendor or technology partner relationships, including onboarding and ongoing delivery quality.
- Hands-on experience running early-access or beta programs and coordinating launches in a fast-moving product environment.
- Strong written communication skills to translate feedback into clear requirements, playbooks, and documentation.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, and GTM without direct authority.
- A preference for lightweight systems over heavy processes.
