As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will be the crucial link between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams, translating strategy into execution across the entire product lifecycle. You will build and scale the operating systems that empower product teams to make informed decisions, ship with confidence, and drive measurable impact for clients adopting AI.
Responsibilities
- Provide inputs to product teams by synthesizing customer feedback into actionable product signals.
- Establish mechanisms for measuring product success and user impact through analytics dashboards and KPIs.
- Create engagement points with customers and partners throughout the product lifecycle.
- Streamline decision-making processes across teams to improve prioritization.
- Own and enhance core product development processes, tooling, and team rituals.
- Build scalable run-of-business systems such as launch calendars and intake frameworks.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Facilitate roadmap planning by coordinating stakeholder inputs and maintaining transparency.
- Design and manage Early Access Programs and alpha testing to validate product-market fit.
- Coordinate product launches end-to-end, ensuring timely rollouts and post-launch monitoring.
- Maintain cross-team roadmap visibility for Go-to-Market, Legal, and leadership.
- Optimize operational workflows for agility and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or a related operational role at a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
- Experience building and scaling processes and programs from scratch.
- Experience with AI-native products, particularly where model quality and output reliability are critical.
- Ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations.
- Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority.
- Hands-on experience with launch coordination, EAPs, or customer feedback loops.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and creating clarity.
