The Senior Brand Designer crafts how Harvey shows up across every touchpoint, translating a complex legal AI product into clear, compelling stories and systems, driving the evolution of Harvey’s brand system and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end creative for priority initiatives across social, product marketing, sales enablement, and external events.
- Evolve and extend Harvey’s brand system, including visual language, layout, motion, and templates.
- Collaborate with PMM, marketing, and product partners to clarify goals, shape briefs, and translate complex ideas into narratives and visuals.
- Work with creative operations and producers to scope projects, set milestones, and manage project delivery.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback to raise the quality bar for the creative team.
Requirements
- Significant experience in brand or marketing design roles (in-house or agency) with end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-channel projects.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, systems thinking, and clear storytelling across campaigns, product marketing, and/or B2B tech or SaaS.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners, turning ambiguous briefs into focused creative directions.
- Comfort working within and evolving a brand system, knowing when to extend patterns and when to introduce new ones.
- Strong communication skills, including explaining the rationale behind work, incorporating feedback, and advocating for the brand and audience.
