About the job

Harvey AI is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to support its growing global sales organization. This hybrid role involves both quote-to-cash execution and deal structure/pricing strategy, requiring close collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure deals are accurately priced, structured, approved, and closed. The position is hands-on, ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in deal flow, resolving process issues, and scaling systems and workflows as the business expands. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, mission-driven company at an inflection point, helping to define a new category in professional services.

Responsibilities

  • Review, validate, and process customer orders for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support Sales reps with Salesforce (SFDC) opportunity management and quoting.
  • Manage and triage a Deal Operations ticketing queue.
  • Partner with Deal Desk to support pricing approvals and contract execution.
  • Serve as a frontline support resource for SFDC and CPQ-related questions.
  • Assist with CRM and CPQ enhancements, including gathering requirements and supporting testing.
  • Assist with structuring, pricing, and negotiating complex deals.
  • Build scenario-based pricing models to support deal structuring and approvals.
  • Leverage product telemetry for deal analysis.
  • Summarize and escalate deal approvals.
  • Contribute to sales and deal desk enablement through documentation and training.
  • Identify and recommend improvements for process and strategy inefficiencies.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or financial analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience with complex deal structures.
  • Clear communication skills with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) for opportunity and quoting workflows.
  • Exposure to CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Ironclad CLM).
  • Experience managing ticketing or queue-based support models.
  • Prior involvement in CRM/CPQ projects or enhancements.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for building pricing models and scenario analyses.
  • Aptitude for leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
  • Familiarity with consumption or usage-based pricing models is a plus.
