About the job

Harvey is seeking a Partner Programs Lead to build and scale the infrastructure for its partner ecosystem, encompassing technology, consulting, and channel relationships. This role is crucial for translating go-to-market strategies into structured programs that partners can execute, ensuring a repeatable and measurable partner motion aligned with customer outcomes. The Lead will act as a central point of contact, coordinating with various internal teams like Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to enable and hold partners accountable. This is a unique opportunity to define the systems, programs, and incentives for a category-defining AI partner ecosystem from its inception.

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and refine the global partner program structure, including tiers, benefits, requirements, and incentives.
  • Manage the partner portal and core partner systems to facilitate partner onboarding, enablement, and co-selling.
  • Develop and manage partner enablement and certification programs, aligning with product updates and go-to-market priorities.
  • Define and maintain key partner performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to drive program improvements.
  • Serve as the operational and escalation point for partner issues, coordinating resolutions across internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development to execute scalable motions that enhance partner productivity and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partner programs, ecosystem operations, or channel programs within high-growth SaaS, AI, ML, or platform businesses.
  • Proven experience designing and operating global partner or channel programs, including program structure, benefits/requirements, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong program management and organizational skills to translate strategy into execution.
  • Analytical skills with experience in defining, instrumenting, and acting on partner metrics.
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills for engaging with senior leadership.
  • A calm, customer- and partner-obsessed mindset, capable of managing escalations and ambiguity.
