The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented operator adept at structuring complex partnerships, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring partners deliver measurable commercial value.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day partnership execution, including onboarding, enablement, joint planning, and program management.
- Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders and act as a primary point of contact.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Product) to ensure partner commitments are met.
- Develop scalable and repeatable partnership programs through clear project plans, operating cadences, partner materials, and internal processes.

- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong program management skills, including managing multiple workstreams, setting owners and timelines, and driving follow-through.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide clear recommendations.
- Strong business judgment and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to influence and maintain momentum across teams with competing priorities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and highly collaborative environment.
