As a Program Manager for the Legal Engineering organization, you will drive the operational infrastructure for one of the company's fastest-growing go-to-market functions. You will partner with Legal Engineering managers, Sales Operations, Product, and leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable programs that deliver measurable outcomes, building program management from the ground up at the intersection of AI and legal services.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end programs to support the Legal Engineering team's operational rhythm.
- Build and maintain processes, tooling, and documentation for consistent operation of Legal Engineering managers across regions.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools as the organization scales.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in program management, operations, or enablement within a high-growth technology or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver cross-functional programs from concept to execution, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence without authority across a distributed organization.
- Experience with change management, process design, and operational scaling in fast-paced environments.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; ability to build structure and iterate quickly.
- Familiarity with GTM functions, legal technology, or AI products is a strong plus.
