Responsibilities
- Collaborate with lawyers at current and prospective clients to identify workflow challenges, propose solutions, and demonstrate how Harvey integrates into legal work.
- Act as the voice of the customer, translating feedback and legal workflow insights into actionable product direction for lawyers.
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to influence Harvey's roadmap and ensure product evolution aligns with lawyer needs and trust.
- Develop and refine product demonstrations, workflows, and use cases that accurately reflect legal team practices and the impact of AI.
- Introduce new capabilities in a tailored, credible, and compelling manner for each customer, enhancing Harvey's deployment standards.
- Provide competitive and market intelligence specific to the APAC legal tech landscape.
- Strengthen Harvey's reputation in the APAC region as a trusted AI partner for the legal industry.
Requirements
- Based in Sydney and eligible to work in Australia.
- Possess an Australian practising certificate or equivalent common-law qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a qualified lawyer at a top-tier law firm or in-house, with significant exposure to complex legal workflows and client expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and provide well-reasoned recommendations.
- Ability to navigate and translate effectively between legal, product, and sales contexts.
- Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with legal leadership and stakeholders.
- Sales, customer-facing, or law firm business development experience is advantageous, especially in solution shaping.
