The Legal Engineer - Product Specialist role is for experienced lawyers who will leverage their legal expertise to help customers integrate Harvey into their daily workflows, driving adoption and utilization. They will act as trusted advisors, collaborating with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to shape post-sales strategy and communicate the value of Harvey's AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with legal teams by understanding workflows and guiding AI integration.
  • Design and lead onboarding, training, and enablement programs to maximize platform value.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals.
  • Proactively identify and overcome adoption obstacles through user engagement and strategy development.
  • Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
  • Monitor usage trends to identify at-risk accounts or opportunities and re-engage users.
  • Contribute to customer-facing content like training materials and use case guides.
  • Support Harvey's credibility by delivering high-quality, domain-specific guidance.
  • Travel to customer and company offices as required.

Requirements

  • Qualified in England & Wales.
  • At least 3 years of experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm, preferably with an in-house or transactional focus.
  • Executive engagement skills and presence to build credibility with decision makers.
  • Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
  • Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges.
  • Curiosity about AI's potential in the legal industry.
  • Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
  • Experience directly managing law firm client matters and relationships is a plus.
