Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with legal teams by understanding workflows and guiding AI integration.
- Design and lead onboarding, training, and enablement programs to maximize platform value.
- Partner with Customer Success and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals.
- Proactively identify and overcome adoption obstacles through user engagement and strategic planning.
- Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
- Monitor usage trends to identify at-risk accounts or untapped opportunities and re-engage users.
- Contribute to customer-facing content such as training materials and use case guides.
- Support Harvey's brand by delivering high-quality, domain-specific guidance to legal professionals.
Requirements
- JD or equivalent legal qualification.
- 3+ years of legal practice experience (in-house at F500/tech company or top-tier law firm).
- Executive engagement skills and presence to build credibility with decision-makers.
- Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
- Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges.
- Curiosity about AI's potential in the legal industry.
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Experience managing law firm client matters and relationships is a plus.
Benefits
- Total compensation range of $220,000-320,000 OTE (75/25 split).
