Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with legal teams by understanding workflows and guiding AI integration.
  • Design and lead onboarding, training, and enablement programs to maximize platform value.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals.
  • Proactively identify and overcome adoption obstacles through user engagement and strategic planning.
  • Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
  • Monitor usage trends to identify at-risk accounts or untapped opportunities and re-engage users.
  • Contribute to customer-facing content such as training materials and use case guides.
  • Support Harvey's brand by delivering high-quality, domain-specific guidance to legal professionals.

Requirements

  • JD or equivalent legal qualification.
  • 3+ years of legal practice experience (in-house at F500/tech company or top-tier law firm).
  • Executive engagement skills and presence to build credibility with decision-makers.
  • Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
  • Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges.
  • Curiosity about AI's potential in the legal industry.
  • Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing law firm client matters and relationships is a plus.

Benefits

  • Total compensation range of $220,000-320,000 OTE (75/25 split).
