Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with legal teams by understanding workflows and guiding AI integration.
- Design and lead onboarding, training, and enablement programs to maximize platform value.
- Partner with Customer Success and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals.
- Proactively identify and address adoption obstacles with tailored strategies.
- Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
- Monitor usage trends and identify at-risk accounts or opportunities for re-engagement.
- Contribute to customer-facing content like training materials and use case guides.
- Support Harvey's brand by delivering high-quality, domain-specific guidance to legal professionals.
- Travel to customer and company offices as needed.
Requirements
- Fluent in French.
- Possess a JD or equivalent legal qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years practicing law at a top-tier law firm, preferably in corporate law or litigation.
- Strong executive engagement skills and presence to build credibility with decision-makers.
- Outstanding presentation skills for both legal and executive audiences.
- Solid understanding of legal processes and challenges.
- Curiosity about AI's potential in the legal industry.
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Experience managing law firm client matters and relationships is a plus.
