Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with legal teams by understanding workflows and guiding AI integration.
- Design and lead onboarding, training, and enablement programs to maximize platform value.
- Partner with Customer Success and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals.
- Proactively identify and address adoption obstacles through user engagement and strategic planning.
- Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
- Monitor usage trends to identify at-risk accounts or opportunities and re-engage users.
- Contribute to customer-facing content like training materials and use case guides.
- Deliver high-quality, domain-specific guidance to uphold Harvey's brand as a leading AI platform for lawyers.
- Travel to customer and company offices as needed.
Requirements
- Qualified to practice law in Italy.
- At least 3 years of experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm, preferably in corporate law or litigation.
- Fluent in Italian.
- Executive engagement skills and presence to build credibility with decision-makers.
- Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
- Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges.
- Curiosity about AI's potential in the legal industry.
- Sales or customer-facing experience, including business development or client relationship management, is a plus.
- Experience directly managing law firm client matters and relationships is a plus.
