Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with legal teams by understanding workflows and guiding AI integration.
  • Design and lead onboarding, training, and enablement programs to maximize platform value.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Customer Success and Account Executives to identify expansion and renewal opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and address adoption obstacles through user engagement and strategic planning.
  • Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
  • Monitor usage trends to identify at-risk accounts or opportunities and drive re-engagement.
  • Contribute to customer-facing content such as training materials and use case guides.
  • Uphold Harvey's credibility by providing high-quality, domain-specific guidance to legal professionals.

Requirements

  • JD or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm, preferably in corporate law or litigation.
  • Executive engagement skills and presence to build credibility and relationships with key decision makers.
  • Outstanding presentation skills for both legal and executive audiences.
  • Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges.
  • Curiosity about AI's potential in the legal industry.
  • Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing law firm client matters and relationships is a plus.

Benefits

  • Total compensation range of $220,000-320,000 OTE (75/25 split).
  • Eligibility to participate in the equity plan.
