Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with legal teams by understanding workflows and guiding AI integration.
- Design and lead onboarding, training, and enablement programs to maximize platform value.
- Act as a strategic partner to Customer Success and Account Executives to identify expansion and renewal opportunities.
- Proactively identify and address adoption obstacles through user engagement and strategic planning.
- Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
- Monitor usage trends to identify at-risk accounts or opportunities and drive re-engagement.
- Contribute to customer-facing content such as training materials and use case guides.
- Uphold Harvey's credibility by providing high-quality, domain-specific guidance to legal professionals.
Requirements
- JD or equivalent legal qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm, preferably in corporate law or litigation.
- Executive engagement skills and presence to build credibility and relationships with key decision makers.
- Outstanding presentation skills for both legal and executive audiences.
- Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges.
- Curiosity about AI's potential in the legal industry.
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Experience managing law firm client matters and relationships is a plus.
Benefits
- Total compensation range of $220,000-320,000 OTE (75/25 split).
- Eligibility to participate in the equity plan.
