Harvey is transforming legal and professional services by combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise. We are seeking a Legal Engineer Manager - Product Specialist to lead and grow our Product Specialist team in London, focusing on supporting existing customers in maximizing their use of the Harvey platform across EMEA. This role is crucial for driving adoption, increasing utilization, and supporting long-term expansion and renewal by leveraging legal expertise to integrate Harvey into daily workflows. You will develop consultative relationships with law firm partners, associates, innovation teams, and in-house counsel, acting as a trusted advisor on how AI solutions can enhance legal effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Legal Engineers - Product Specialists, providing coaching, performance management, and career development support.
  • Own the post-implementation customer relationship from a legal engineering perspective, ensuring effective onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex or strategic customer engagements, utilizing deep product and legal expertise.
  • Partner with Account Management and Sales to identify expansion opportunities, support renewals, and contribute to retention strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to surface customer feedback, advocate for platform improvements, and communicate new features and roadmap developments.
  • Define and iterate on team processes, playbooks, and frameworks to build a scalable and high-performing function.

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE, with experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment.
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring a team, with a track record of developing talent and driving performance.
  • Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools, with the ability to quickly develop and demonstrate platform expertise.
  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders at law firms and in-house legal teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience running training, workshops, or client-facing product sessions.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach.
