Responsibilities
- Collaborate with litigation and regulatory lawyers at current and prospective clients to identify workflow challenges, propose solutions, and demonstrate Harvey's application to real legal work.
- Act as the voice of the customer by translating feedback and insights on legal workflows into actionable product direction for legal teams.
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to influence Harvey's roadmap and ensure product evolution aligns with legal team needs and trust.
- Develop and refine product demonstrations, workflows, and use cases that accurately reflect the practices of litigation and regulatory teams, including the impact of AI.
- Introduce new capabilities in a tailored, credible, and compelling manner for each customer, enhancing the deployment of Harvey across litigation and regulatory practices.
Requirements
- Possess a JD or equivalent legal qualification.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in litigation or regulatory practice areas (e.g., complex commercial litigation, investigations, antitrust, IP litigation, compliance, enforcement) at a top-tier law firm, government agency, or sophisticated in-house legal team.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the workflows, challenges, and demands faced by litigators and regulatory lawyers.
- Exhibit executive presence and strong relationship-building skills to establish credibility with legal professionals.
- Possess outstanding communication and presentation skills for demos, workshops, and client conversations.
- Show curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal practice.
- Maintain a practical, solutions-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for direct customer engagement.
