Responsibilities

  • Engage with German and English-speaking legal professionals to understand their workflow challenges and demonstrate how Harvey's AI solutions can address them.
  • Establish credibility as an expert in solving specific legal problems, including research, contract analysis, brief analysis, corporate governance, and due diligence.
  • Lead tailored product demonstrations for various legal teams, validating value and showcasing relevant features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content relevant to lawyers and their practice areas.
  • Serve as the 'Voice of the Customer,' providing legal insights to inform sales strategies and synthesizing feedback for the product team.
  • Tailor the introduction of new solutions to meet specific customer needs.
  • Enhance Harvey's market perception as a credible and helpful AI solutions provider for legal professionals.
  • Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm, preferably in corporate law or litigation.
  • Strong executive engagement skills and presence, with the ability to build credibility and relationships at all levels.
  • Outstanding presentation skills for both legal and executive audiences.
  • Solid understanding of legal processes and the challenges faced by legal professionals.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about AI's potential in the legal industry.
  • Sales or customer-facing experience, including business development or client relationship management, is a plus.
