Harvey is transforming the legal and professional services industry by integrating frontier agentic AI with an enterprise-grade platform and deep domain expertise. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly scaling company that is defining a new category in real-time. The Custom Solutions team specifically builds tailored AI tools for leading strategic customers, involving the scoping, design, and implementation of custom agents, playbooks, and prompts to address high-priority use cases. Team members will build relationships with senior stakeholders, support tool rollouts, and partner with Go-to-Market and Product teams to advance the platform.
Responsibilities
- Understand Harvey's platform and solution-building process.
- Scope, design, and build custom agents, playbooks, and prompts for strategic customers.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and map processes.
- Prototype, test, and iterate on solutions, including piloting new features.
- Communicate market feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- Partner with Legal Engineering and Go-to-Market teams to drive growth.
- Create and maintain reusable assets to improve future deployments.
Requirements
- JD or equivalent legal qualification.
- 5+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer at a top-tier firm and/or in-house legal team.
- Curiosity for testing approaches, evaluating quality, and optimizing customer outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and a track record of partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Interest in driving positive change in the legal industry through AI.
- Experience using AI tools in legal practice is a plus.
