Responsibilities
- Collaborate with legal professionals to understand workflow challenges, define requirements, and design tailored AI solutions.
- Develop and optimize custom workflows, playbooks, and configurations within the Harvey platform.
- Support post-sale adoption and account growth by providing ongoing legal engineering expertise.
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer, relaying insights and feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Create region-specific content and enablement materials for the Australian and APAC legal markets.
Requirements
- Qualified to practice law in Australia with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven ability to engage executives and build credibility with key decision-makers.
- Excellent presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
- Solid understanding of Australian legal processes and workflows, with an interest in AI's impact.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, business development, or client relationship management is advantageous.
