Responsibilities
- Engage with legal professionals to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate how Harvey's AI solutions can address them.
- Establish credibility as an expert in solving legal problems, including research, drafting, analysis of legal documents, and due diligence.
- Lead tailored product demonstrations for various legal teams, validating value and showcasing relevant features.
- Partner with marketing to develop content for lawyers, addressing specific practice areas and client needs.
- Act as the 'Voice of the Customer' to inform sales strategies and synthesize feedback for the product team.
- Tailor the introduction of new solutions to specific customer requirements.
- Enhance Harvey's market perception as a credible and substantive AI solutions provider for legal professionals.
- Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.
- Travel to customer and company offices as needed.
Requirements
- Qualified to practice law in Singapore with at least 3 years of experience at a top-tier law firm in the region.
- Executive engagement skills and presence, with the ability to build strong relationships and credibility.
- Outstanding presentation skills for both legal and executive audiences.
- Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges faced by legal professionals.
- Curiosity about AI's potential to transform the legal industry.
- Sales or customer-facing experience, including business development or client relationship management, is a plus.
- Experience directly managing law firm client matters is a plus.
