Harvey is seeking an Innovation Product Manager to transform how legal and professional services operate by combining frontier agentic AI with an enterprise-grade platform. This role involves working directly with leading law firms and corporate legal teams to translate complex legal work into AI-powered workflows and ensure their successful implementation. You will act as a thought partner, shaping pilots and deployments from discovery to firm-wide rollout, and influencing product direction based on user insights. The position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of defining the future operating model of the legal industry.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a thought partner to top global law firms and enterprises, diagnosing pain points and mapping opportunities for AI integration.
  • Shape and manage pilots and deployments end-to-end, including discovery, workflow design, testing, onboarding, iteration, and rollout.
  • Collaborate with innovation leaders, legal operations, and customer success teams to embed the platform into daily legal work.
  • Translate user insights into product direction and influence the product roadmap.
  • Assist clients in evaluating the business impact of AI on legal practices.
  • Contribute to defining the new operating model for the legal industry in the age of AI.

Requirements

  • Experience in the legal field, with a strong inclination towards innovation, experimentation, and systems thinking.
  • Experience at a top law firm or in-house legal team; innovation, legal ops, or consulting experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the legal tech ecosystem.
  • Product-savvy and tech-curious, capable of discussing generative AI, workflow design, privacy, governance, and enterprise rollout.
  • Excellent communication skills across various roles, including partners, associates, engineers, PMs, CIOs, and legal ops.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple client engagements concurrently.
  • Strong commitment to quality and user outcomes, with a bias for action.
  • Enthusiasm for building new solutions in a rapidly evolving domain.
