We are seeking an experienced, hands-on leader for the GTM Strategy & Operations team within the Revenue Operations organization to drive GTM growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with AMER Enterprise Sales Leadership on sales planning, including territory, headcount, and quota planning to achieve growth targets.
  • Develop field strategy for the Americas, ensuring alignment with the global operating model and driving forecast rigor, pipeline generation, CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and operating discipline.
  • Establish and evolve operating rhythms, processes, and cadences to drive operating rigor and scalability for disciplined execution and sustained GTM growth.
  • Partner with GTM Enablement to identify capability gaps, develop training programs, and support the onboarding and ramp of new AEs and SDRs.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of AMER Sales Business Partners, focusing on team capabilities, talent development, and operational excellence.
  • Lead high-priority GTM initiatives addressing complex, high-impact problems.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Strategy & Operations, or a closely related field.
  • Combination of operational experience in GTM Strategy & Operations in a high-tech growth environment.
  • Experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy/management consulting, or other highly analytical roles is ideal.
  • 3+ years of people management experience required.
  • Prior experience managing managers is a plus.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to bring people together around shared goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to be an effective business partner and lead a team of business partners.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships, navigate diverse working styles, and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
