Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy for FORUM, including vision, positioning, geographic scope, format, and a multi-year scaling roadmap.
  • Build, manage, and develop the FORUM team across production, content, programming, marketing, and enablement.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Product Marketing to ensure FORUM amplifies brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Maintain the content, programming, and creative standards for FORUM, including themes, session formats, speaker selection, narrative, and overall experiential design.
  • Manage the invite and registration strategy, including target audience, invite lists, RSVP funnel, and the customer/prospect journey.
  • Drive sales acceleration and GTM enablement through FORUM by partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Gen.
  • Design the complete attendee experience from invitation to post-event follow-up, ensuring all touchpoints are exceptional.
  • Develop FORUM's partner strategy by identifying and cultivating ecosystem partners and collaborators.
  • Serve as the executive-facing leader for FORUM, working directly with the CEO, CMO, and GTM leadership.
  • Manage the FORUM P&L, including budget planning, allocation, and ROI tracking.
  • Shape agency and vendor strategy with the Event Production Lead, including RFP processes.
  • Create systems, documentation, and playbooks to ensure FORUM scales globally with consistent quality.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in events, with a proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale flagship owned events.
  • Demonstrated depth in executive engagement and integrated brand activations.
  • Proven experience building, managing, and developing high-performing events teams, including hiring, coaching, and retention.
  • Experience owning content and programming for large events, including themes, session design, and speaker curation.
  • Experience designing and managing invite and registration strategies for high-consideration audiences.
  • Experience partnering with Sales and CS to translate events into pipeline and sales acceleration outcomes.
  • Experience building and executing partner strategies for large-scale events.
  • Strong business acumen and financial discipline, with experience managing and optimizing event budgets for ROI.
  • Strategic thinking and strong change management skills, with the ability to navigate evolving priorities.
  • Strong executive presence and comfort partnering with C-suite and senior GTM leaders.
  • Experience managing external agencies, production partners, and creative vendors.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving environments and making sound judgment calls under ambiguity.
