This is a high-agency role requiring comfort with significant ownership and minimal explicit guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and design advanced automations for post-sales customer lifecycle efficiency.
  • Leverage applications and AI agents to automate customer lifecycle best practices and value realization.
  • Provide expert advice on AI capabilities and human-centric tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between Customer Success, User Operations, RevOps, and GTM Systems for optimal user experience.
  • Guide strategic evaluations of projects and platforms for leadership decision-making.
  • Manage data integrity, deduplication, and system audits.
  • Document evolving data models and process flows for scalability.
  • Research the ROI of adopted tools.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
  • Background in consulting or a high-growth tech company.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI first principles.
  • Ability to explain technical aspects of models and platforms.
  • Experience building micro-apps on agentic applications (e.g., Claude, Lovable, n8n, Replit).
  • Proven experience understanding the relationship between technology and users.
  • Ability to extrapolate data structures across platforms.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with BI tools and data storytelling.
  • Exceptional ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
  • Track record of iteration with technical development teams and project delivery.
