We are looking for an individual contributor to join our GTM Strategy & Operations team within Revenue Operations, serving as a core strategic and operational business partner to the GTM organizations and driving GTM growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with GTM leaders to shape GTM strategy, refine existing processes, and optimize execution.
- Partner with business leaders to define and drive strategic initiatives, developing and iterating on new approaches in ambiguous or undefined areas.
- Provide business partner support for the Global Commercial Sales organization and help establish operational and strategic foundations.
- Drive Rhythm of the Business rigor and scalability by implementing operational processes and cadences.
- Contribute to high priority GTM initiatives that address complex, high-impact problems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Finance, or Legal.
- Operational experience in GTM Strategy & Operations in a high-tech growth environment.
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy/management consulting, or other highly analytical roles.
- Demonstrated ability to be an effective business partner, build trusted relationships, navigate working styles, and influence without direct authority.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, ability to bring people together around shared goals.
