Harvey is transforming how legal and professional services operate by combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise. This role is within the GTM Strategy & Operations team, serving as a core strategic and operational business partner to GTM organizations to drive growth. You will act as a strategic force multiplier and trusted advisor to GTM leadership, shaping strategy, refining processes, and optimizing execution.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to define and drive strategic initiatives, developing new approaches in ambiguous areas, including providing business partner support for the EMEA sales organization.
- Shape GTM strategy, refine existing processes, and optimize execution across the organization.
- Implement operational processes and cadences to drive Rhythm of the Business rigor and scalability for structured growth.
- Define and lead high-priority GTM initiatives addressing complex, high-impact problems.
- Identify and remove operational bottlenecks across the customer journey by optimizing GTM expertise and resource deployment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or Professional Services.
- Experience in a high-tech growth environment with operational GTM Strategy & Operations experience.
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy/management consulting, or other highly analytical roles.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, navigate working styles, and influence without direct authority.
- Experience operating autonomously as a senior individual contributor, owning projects end-to-end without people management.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to bring people together around shared goals.
