About the job
Harvey is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to build and own a program focused on improving frontline manager coaching and team effectiveness. This role is crucial for enhancing GTM performance by developing repeatable systems for manager development, methodology reinforcement, and new hire onboarding. You will define the vision, establish the operating model, and measure the impact of these initiatives on behavior change and field productivity.
Responsibilities
- Build and own a structured program for frontline managers focusing on coaching, team reviews, and development plans, ensuring scalability and clear success metrics.
- Translate sales methodology into practical field behaviors and create a reinforcement model that sustains long-term adoption.
- Develop and own foundational skill-building programs for sales representatives, such as discovery and competitive positioning, and measure their impact.
- Collaborate with RevOps and Revenue Leadership to align coaching and training with business operations.
- Define and track key success metrics, including manager adoption, behavior change, and field productivity, using this data for continuous improvement.
- Partner with the GTM Onboarding PM to create high-quality content and delivery for new manager onboarding.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in enablement, learning & development, program management, or a related GTM role, preferably in a high-growth tech company.
- Demonstrated success in building programs specifically for frontline managers and leaders.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) and experience translating them into actionable field behaviors.
- Strong program management skills, including governance, stakeholder management, and measurement frameworks.
- Understanding of drivers for durable behavior change and ability to build programs that foster it.
- Proven ability to influence leaders and managers across different functions without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous, new initiatives.
