About the job
Harvey is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager focused on FLM Coaching to build and own a program that strengthens frontline manager coaching habits and team effectiveness. This role is critical for driving GTM performance by improving how managers develop their teams. You will define the vision, build the operating model, and track behavior change, creating repeatable systems for manager development, methodology reinforcement, and new hire onboarding. This is an opportunity to build a generational company at an inflection point, working with a fast-paced, mission-driven team committed to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Build and own a structured program for frontline managers focusing on coaching conversations, team reviews, and development plans, ensuring repeatability and scalability.
- Develop a methodology reinforcement model that translates sales methodology into practical field behaviors.
- Own foundational skill-building programs for sales representatives, including discovery and competitive positioning.
- Partner with RevOps and Revenue Leadership to align coaching and training with business operations.
- Define success metrics for manager adoption, behavior change, and field productivity, and use data for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the GTM Onboarding PM to create content and delivery for new manager onboarding.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in enablement, learning & development, program management, or a related GTM role, preferably in a high-growth tech company.
- Proven experience building programs specifically for frontline managers and leaders.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) and experience translating them into actionable field behaviors.
- Strong program management skills, including governance, stakeholder management, and measurement frameworks.
- Understanding of how to drive durable behavior change.
- Ability to influence leaders and managers across different functions without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous, build-from-scratch initiatives.
