This is a unique opportunity to help build a generational company at an inflection point, with a strong product-market fit and rapid scaling. The company values decisiveness, simplicity, and a commitment to continuous improvement, seeking individuals who want to do the best work of their careers alongside driven colleagues.

We are hiring a GTM Enablement Manager for the EMEA region, a new role within the global GTM Enablement team. Reporting to the GTM Enablement Lead, this individual will be responsible for the enablement function regionally, including onboarding and training for EMEA representatives, localizing content, driving regional GTM programs, and managing stakeholder communications. The role requires close collaboration with NAMER-based enablement partners to ensure global consistency and contribute to global rollouts, demanding a highly collaborative, autonomous, and globally-minded approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead local onboarding sessions and create essential training materials for EMEA GTM teams.
  • Adapt and localize GTM collateral and enablement resources for the EMEA market in partnership with global teams.
  • Drive regional enablement programs and field communications to support EMEA revenue goals and rep effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with NAMER enablement partners to ensure global consistency and integrate product knowledge and sales methodologies into training.
  • Develop and centralize enablement content, tools, and resources for the EMEA GTM organization.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in related fields, with at least 4 years in enablement or training roles, or customer-facing work (sales backgrounds preferred).
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with an adaptable, collaborative approach.
  • Experience with training design and curriculum creation.
  • Familiarity with GTM functions (Sales, Customer Success) and AI or SaaS is a plus.
  • Experience working in or supporting EMEA markets, with familiarity with regional business culture and field dynamics preferred.
  • Comfortable operating across time zones and working closely with globally distributed teams.
  • A 'roll up your sleeves' mentality.
