About the job

Harvey is transforming legal and professional services by combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise. This role is a unique opportunity to help build a generational company at an inflection point, with strong product-market fit and investor support. The team operates with intensity, ownership, and a commitment to the mission, valuing decisiveness, simplicity, and continuous improvement. As Harvey grows globally, People Operations is taking on more complex, cross-functional program work, requiring a dedicated owner to manage initiatives from inception to completion. This is a hands-on program management role where you will collaborate with functional experts and personally execute tasks to drive programs forward.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff, including new entity formation, geographic expansion, M&A integrations, and evolving operational infrastructure.
  • Build and drive program plans, defining requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, and readiness gates; proactively surface risks and resolve blockers.
  • Connect dots across functions including People Ops, Finance, Legal, Tax, and IT to ensure alignment and prevent issues.
  • Own program communication and change management, providing crisp executive updates and clear employee communications.
  • Build repeatable infrastructure by developing templates, SOPs, and playbooks from program learnings.
  • Ensure a coordinated and thoughtful employee experience, especially during high-change moments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs, with experience in global People infrastructure (e.g., geographic expansion, entity formation, M&A integration).
  • Hands-on operating style with a bias toward action; ability to dig into substance and step into gaps.
  • Strong stakeholder management and judgment to align specialists and senior leaders without formal authority.
  • Clear, direct executive communication skills, able to distill complex programs into key decisions, risks, and tradeoffs.
  • Strong AI fluency, using AI as a core tool for speed, synthesis, ambiguity resolution, and output quality.
