Harvey is seeking a Global Benefits and Leaves Analyst to join its Total Rewards team. This role will support the administration and enhancement of employee benefits and leave programs for a rapidly growing global workforce. The team's objective is to provide competitive, compliant, and employee-focused programs worldwide. The analyst will manage daily global benefits support, collaborate on benefits programs and vendor operations in EMEA and APAC, and ensure employees receive accurate and timely guidance. This position offers an opportunity to scale benefit operations within a leading AI company during a significant period of international expansion, working closely with People Operations, Payroll, and external brokers to build operational efficiency in a function that impacts every employee.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for global benefits inquiries, resolving standard requests and escalating complex cases.
- Assist in administering benefits programs and managing vendor relationships across EMEA and APAC, ensuring compliance.
- Manage end-to-end leave-of-absence processes, including statutory and company-provided leaves, across various jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with Payroll and external brokers on benefits enrollment, changes, and offboarding.
- Analyze benefits utilization data and employee feedback to identify trends and suggest process improvements.
- Support Benefit Program Managers with open enrollment, new country benefit launches, and communication drafting.
- Track, process, and reconcile benefits-related invoices from vendors and brokers.
- Develop and maintain internal benefits documentation, FAQs, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, PO creation, and contract workflows with Finance and Legal guidance.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration, leave management, or a related HR operations role, preferably in a global or multi-country setting.
- Working knowledge of EMEA and/or APAC benefits structures, statutory requirements, and leave entitlements.
- Excellent communication and service orientation with a history of providing responsive, empathetic employee support.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), HR ticketing/case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, Workday Help), and benefits administration tools.
- Experience or exposure to benefits vendor/broker management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret benefits data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to manage daily workflows independently while knowing when to escalate issues.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables) for data analysis and invoice reconciliation.
