The Global Benefits and Leaves Analyst will join Harvey's Total Rewards team to support the administration and improvement of employee benefits and leave programs for a rapidly scaling, global workforce. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day global benefits support while partnering on benefits programs and vendor operations across EMEA and APAC. The goal is to ensure employees receive timely, accurate guidance and that programs run smoothly as Harvey expands into new markets. This position offers an opportunity to scale benefit operations at a category-defining AI company during a period of exceptional international growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for global benefits inquiries, resolving standard requests and escalating complex cases.
- Assist in administering and supporting benefits programs and vendor relationships across EMEA and APAC, ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate end-to-end leave-of-absence processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Partner with Payroll and external brokers for accurate benefits enrollment, changes, and offboarding.
- Analyze benefits utilization data and employee queries to identify trends and propose process improvements.
- Partner on open enrollment execution, new-country benefit launches, and drafting employee communications.
- Track, process, and reconcile benefits-related invoices from vendors and brokers.
- Develop and maintain internal benefits documentation, FAQs, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, administrative PO creation, and contract workflows.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration, leave management, or a related HR operations role, preferably in a global environment.
- Working knowledge of EMEA and/or APAC benefits structures, statutory requirements, and leave entitlements.
- Excellent communication and service orientation with a track record of responsive, empathetic employee support.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), HR ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, Workday Help), and benefits administration tools.
- Experience or exposure to benefits vendor/broker management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret benefits data and produce actionable insights.
- Ability to manage day-to-day workflows independently while knowing when to escalate issues.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and invoice reconciliation.
