About the job

Harvey is seeking a foundational Growth Product Lead to define and execute the product-led growth strategy for its AI platform. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, focusing on acquiring, activating, and expanding users within leading law firms and professional services organizations. You will leverage deep product thinking and a data-driven experimentation mindset to unlock new growth avenues, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to build features and systems that accelerate the company's trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product-led growth strategy, identifying high-impact opportunities across the user lifecycle.
  • Build and manage a rigorous experimentation program, including hypothesis development, A/B testing, and data-driven iteration.
  • Ship growth-oriented product features such as onboarding flows, in-product nudges, self-serve capabilities, and viral loops.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to connect acquisition efforts with in-product activation and conversion.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand adoption patterns, identify expansion opportunities, and reduce customer journey friction.
  • Define, instrument, and monitor growth KPIs, building dashboards for business visibility.
  • Inform pricing, packaging, and self-serve strategy in partnership with GTM leadership.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on growth, product-led growth (PLG), or growth engineering at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth outcomes through shipped experiments and features.
  • Deep fluency in growth analytics, including SQL, product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar), and building data narratives.
  • Strong product sense with the ability to identify high-leverage opportunities, scope MVPs, and ship quickly.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Startup or high-growth experience, thriving in ambiguity and comfortable building from scratch.
  • Passion for AI and its potential to transform professional services.
