Harvey is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead AI transformation initiatives for its most strategic clients, including elite law firms, Fortune 500 legal departments, and premier financial institutions. In this deployment-focused role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for guiding ambitious transformation goals into tangible, measurable change. You will manage the entire lifecycle of each engagement, from initial alignment with executive sponsors and understanding current workflows to identifying high-impact opportunities for Harvey's AI solutions. You will coordinate with internal teams, such as Legal Engineering, to redesign workflows and ensure measurable impact is achieved. Once an engagement reaches sustainable adoption, you will transition it to a Customer Success Manager and move on to new challenges.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead strategic transformation engagements from inception to completion at Harvey's largest accounts.
- Develop engagement plans, align stakeholders, drive execution, and ensure accountability for outcomes.
- Map existing workflows in legal and professional services to identify high-impact opportunities for Harvey's AI.
- Collaborate with Legal Engineering and Legal Innovation teams to redesign workflows for practical attorney use.
- Reinforce adoption through change management, equipping champions, running enablement sessions, and resolving blockers.
- Build executive relationships and advise on operating models, including governance, talent, process, and KPIs for AI-native work.
- Provide credible advisory services, not just project coordination.
- Ensure a rigorous account transition to Customer Success Managers with documented summaries, risks, and next steps.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of transformation playbooks, methodologies, templates, and frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years in management consulting or senior client advisory, with experience as an Engagement Manager or Project Leader owning complex transformation programs end-to-end.
- Experience managing large-scale technology deployments or change management programs in enterprise organizations, preferably in legal, financial services, or professional services.
- Exceptional executive presence, comfortable leading conversations with senior partners and C-suite leaders.
- Strong program management skills, with the ability to own plans, surface risks early, and drive to outcomes.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on legal work.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and building processes where playbooks are still being developed.
