As an Engagement Manager, you will lead AI transformation initiatives for Harvey's most strategic clients, including elite law firms and Fortune 500 legal departments. You will be the trusted advisor responsible for turning ambitious transformation goals into tangible, measurable change within these organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI transformation engagements end-to-end for Harvey's largest accounts.
- Set engagement plans, align stakeholders, drive execution, and ensure accountability for outcomes.
- Map current workflows and identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration.
- Develop roadmaps for reimagining workflows in partnership with Legal Engineering and Legal Innovation teams.
- Reinforce adoption through change management, enablement sessions, and issue resolution.
- Build executive relationships and advise on strategic and organizational shifts for AI-native work models.
- Ensure rigorous account transitions to Customer Success Managers with clear documentation and next steps.
- Contribute learnings to develop and improve transformation playbooks and methodologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years in management consulting or senior client advisory, including experience as an Engagement Manager or Project Leader owning complex transformation programs.
- Experience managing large-scale technology deployments or change management programs in enterprise organizations, preferably in legal, financial services, or professional services.
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to build credibility with senior leaders.
- Strong program management skills with a focus on driving outcomes and surfacing risks.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on legal work.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and building new processes.
