We are building a unified, agentic platform for all legal knowledge work, serving as the orchestration layer for complex workflows and multi-step tasks. The Core Product pillar is central to this evolution, responsible for architecting platform foundations and user experiences that power the next generation of AI-native legal applications. Responsibilities
- Lead the flagship user experience areas, including homepage, core chat, and document Q&A.
- Architect the transition of core features into a scalable, agentic platform for other teams.
- Scale the engineering organization globally by hiring and retaining top AI and software engineering talent.
- Shape the engineering organization's structure, skill sets, and geographic footprint.
Requirements
- Product-minded engineering leader with a track record of shipping best-in-class consumer or enterprise products.
- Experience building and scaling innovative features using Generative AI, with a strong understanding of AI product development nuances.
- 5+ years of experience leading larger organizations, including managers and senior individual contributors, preferably across startups and enterprises.
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and maintain technical excellence during rapid scaling.
- Effective strategic partner working with senior leaders in Product, Design, and Research to achieve company objectives.
