- Oversee the annual benefits cycle, including renewals, open enrollment, plan changes, and new-country benefit launches.
- Manage the global leave of absence program for consistency and employee support.
- Hold global brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators accountable through RFPs, negotiations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations in all markets, partnering with relevant teams on vendor onboarding, data privacy, and risk.
- Manage the benefits budget, utilizing data to inform changes and decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in benefits, with at least 3 years leading and developing a team.
- Experience in a high-growth technology company is preferred.

- Ability to be both strategic and hands-on, capable of executive presentations and detailed operational tasks.
- Proven experience in vendor and broker management, including RFPs, negotiations, and accountability.
- Financial fluency, including budget management, cost modeling, and explaining tradeoffs.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complexity for various audiences.
- A builder mentality, energized by ambiguity and creating new programs.
