You will be responsible for the attendee experience across all touchpoints, from the executive narrative and speaker lineup to session design and overall editorial quality. This position sits at the intersection of content, product marketing, and executive engagement, aiming to deliver high-quality moments for customers and drive deeper engagement with Harvey's products.

Responsibilities

  • Curate the full event agenda, including session descriptions and content across multiple stages, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Manage the Harvey Product Keynote from start to finish, collaborating with Product and Product Marketing on showcased products.
  • Source, manage, and prepare speakers, from initial outreach through rehearsals.
  • Partner with Customer Engagement to identify and shape customer stories into compelling on-stage content.
  • Coordinate evening entertainment and activation programming to ensure off-stage moments align with the main program's narrative.
  • Develop and maintain systems, trackers, and playbooks to bring rigor and scalability to event programming.
  • Analyze post-event data and feedback to inform future content strategy and speaker selection.
  • Provide clear status updates to Leadership on programming progress, risks, and decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Marketing, and Enablement teams to translate content decisions into the live event experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in events, content, or programming roles, preferably with high-visibility conferences.
  • Experience developing world-class content for large in-person events, including themes, session design, and speaker curation.
  • Experience managing speakers directly, including outreach, scheduling, rehearsals, and day-of support.
  • Strong storytelling ability to distill complex business and product priorities into resonant narratives.
  • Strategic thinking skills with the ability to process information quickly, make decisions, and build new processes.
  • Comfort partnering cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Creative/Design, and Leadership, including at the executive level, under tight timelines.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple events and content workstreams concurrently.
  • A process-first mindset, comfortable building trackers, playbooks, and documentation.
  • High ownership, professionalism, tact, and judgment, with the ability to operate under ambiguity.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a focus on clear and concise communication.
