Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial AI SaaS contracts.
- Assist in developing the legal function in EMEA, establishing a strong foundation for the legal presence in the region.
- Support the growth of the DACH region as the first in-house counsel in Munich.
- Address other legal issues as they arise.
- Broaden legal expertise by taking on additional aspects of legal work supporting the company.
Requirements
- German qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in the commercial or technology division of a leading private practice law firm or in-house with a technology company supporting SaaS or technology Go-To-Market or Business Development teams.
- Transactional background focused on commercial contracts, including technology and/or IP licensing commercial agreements.
- Ability to think creatively, function independently, and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-focused and collaborative work style with a willingness to build expertise and solve new challenges.
- Hyper-responsive and service-oriented attitude with a passion for solving complex problems.
