Scale is seeking a technical Business Systems Analyst to act as the product owner for the Public Sector Salesforce environment and build AI tooling for the broader organization. This role is designed to be more than a standard Salesforce administrator, focusing on leveraging AI to accelerate sales cycles and streamline operations. The analyst will be responsible for architecting the GTM systems stack, building AI-powered automations, and owning integration design across various platforms. This position requires close collaboration with GTM leadership, deal desk, finance, legal, and compliance to translate business needs into scalable systems, while also ensuring compliance with FedRAMP/IL-tier and CMMC standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect the GTM systems stack for Public Sector, including Salesforce, CPQ, contract lifecycle, and partner portals, and their integrations.
- Build and deploy AI-powered automations and agents to accelerate the Public Sector sales cycle.
- Own integration design across Salesforce, Workato, Fivetran, Snowflake, and AI platforms.
- Partner with Public Sector GTM leadership and other departments to translate business requirements into scalable systems.
- Implement and manage systems-side controls for FedRAMP/IL-tier and CMMC-aligned operations.
- Establish patterns and reusable components for extending the Public Sector systems stack to other verticals.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- 5+ years of experience building and operating GTM/business systems in a SaaS or enterprise software company, with deep Salesforce platform expertise.
- Proven experience designing and shipping integrations across the GTM stack, including iPaaS, event-driven architectures, REST/GraphQL APIs, and warehouse-native patterns.
- Demonstrated experience embedding AI/LLM tooling into business workflows with real production deployments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, deal desk, finance, legal, and compliance.
