About the job
Glean is seeking a Product Operations team member to shape and scale the operational backbone of their product development. This role will foster a thriving, connected Product team community and act as a force multiplier for the high-growth SaaS product organization. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, possess relentless curiosity, thrive in navigating ambiguity, build scalable processes, and champion data-driven decisions. A key aspect of this role is an "AI-first" mindset, applying AI to product and operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design the operating rhythm, including roadmap cadence, launch reviews, and feedback loops to keep product teams aligned.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between R&D, GTM, and PMM, unblocking decisions without direct ownership.
- Manage programs to completion, pushing cross-functional work forward and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Close the voice-of-customer loop by translating support tickets, sales calls, and usage signals into actionable product insights.
- Own the documentation and communication of decisions, ensuring clarity and appropriate detail for different audiences.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years in Product Ops, TPM, or PM with strong discovery and analytics skills in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Demonstrated systems thinking to design scalable processes without bureaucracy.
- Ability to influence without authority by being useful and credible.
- Program management rigor to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed, making reversible decisions quickly.
- Sharp writing skills to compress complex decisions into clear, readable documents.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies and an interest in applying AI-first thinking.
- Fluency with product analytics (funnels, retention, segmentation) and qualitative research methods.
- Hands-on experience and technical aptitude with Jira for team and portfolio management.
- Experience with SQL or similar data tools for self-serve analytics is strongly preferred.
