Glean is seeking a leader for its AI Success Management (AISM) team. This team is responsible for customer deployments of the Glean platform, ensuring efficient technical implementations, proactive program management, and measurable value realization from initial setup through ongoing growth. AI Success Managers collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, AI Outcomes, Support, and R&D to achieve successful product launches and sustained customer success.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of AI Success Managers, overseeing team performance and career growth.
- Develop and implement standardized deployment playbooks, templates, and operational procedures for consistent, high-quality deployments.
- Manage end-to-end delivery governance for assigned accounts, including planning, deployment, go-live, and renewal readiness, with proactive risk management.
- Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the deployment portfolio, such as velocity, time-to-value, adoption, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, AI Outcomes Managers, Support, and R&D to ensure a smooth customer experience and accelerate value realization.
- Engage with executive sponsors and customer program leads to align on goals, success plans, and outcomes, acting as a strategic advisor.
- Establish feedback mechanisms from the field to product teams to influence the roadmap and product readiness based on business impact.
