Responsibilities
- Support pre-sales acquisition and growth of customers for AI observability investments.
- Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor for complex Agentic AI systems and business value.
- Guide customers through product evaluation and build seamless integrations.
- Champion customer needs across the organization to operationalize trustworthy AI at scale.
- Drive successful Proof-of-Value experiences by architecting and implementing AI solutions.
- Build strong relationships with data science and AI engineering teams.
- Lead technical engagements, status syncs, roadmap discussions, and QBRs.
- Become a domain expert in AI Observability and help customers operationalize best practices.
- Write custom integration code to connect Fiddler to customer data ecosystems.
- Build and refine integration patterns to accelerate platform adoption and reduce time-to-value.
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities for Fiddler's impact and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (AI/ML focus), Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5-7+ years of professional experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in an AI-related pre-sales or forward deployed engineer role.
- Experience deploying, monitoring, or maintaining AI models in production environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
