fal is seeking a hands-on GTM Operations Engineer to join their Revenue Operations team. This AI-first role focuses on the execution layer of revenue systems, leveraging AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and Codex to enhance productivity. You will be the primary builder and operator for the GTM organization, providing daily support and unblocking sales representatives. The ideal candidate enjoys building systems and is passionate about helping the team succeed by resolving technical issues and improving processes.
Responsibilities
- Create target lists and audiences for outbound, campaigns, and marketing programs.
- Build agentic workflows to support BDR, AE, and AM teams across pre-sales, sales, and post-sales.
- Manage data enrichment, hygiene, and processing pipelines in Clay and Salesforce.
- Provide daily systems support, user management, and issue resolution for the GTM stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, Common Room).
- Execute territory refinements and CRM build work.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and operations to refine GTM processes through system design and enablement.
- Ensure new hires are set up and proficient with their tools.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in GTM, revenue, or sales operations at a B2B software company.
- Deep understanding of the day-to-day operations of BDRs, AEs, and AMs.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration (declarative: flows, permissions, reports).
- Experience with a sales engagement platform and an enrichment tool (Clay preferred).
- Comfortable with APIs and webhooks for system integration and debugging.
- Proficient with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, or similar) for scripting and automation.
- Strong systems-design thinking with an empathetic and support-oriented approach.
- High ownership and low ego, with a focus on precise data work.
