The Director of Technology and Systems will be responsible for building significant depth across Finance, GTM, Operations, and People systems, integrating these capabilities into a powerful, AI-integrated backbone. This role is for a builder-first leader who will combine enterprise architecture with cutting-edge AI automation to eliminate fragmentation and accelerate functional progress. The primary goal is to deploy internal AI agents that reduce manual work, surface actionable insights, and make internal operations as sophisticated as the company's external products.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of the application ecosystem and specialized AI tools, ensuring systems converge into a secure, scalable backbone.
- Identify opportunities to replace manual workflows with AI/LLM-powered agents, building and managing internal agents for automation.
- Serve as the primary technology partner to the leadership team, aligning system roadmaps with departmental goals for seamless data flow.
- Mature core systems by establishing disciplined change management, clear data governance, and measurable SLAs.
- Lead a high-impact team, fostering a culture of curiosity, speed, and user-centricity.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading business systems or enterprise applications in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Deep familiarity with enterprise systems across GTM, Finance, and People functions.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying AI/LLM-powered workflows or agentic systems.
- Ability to design scalable data flows and APIs linking disparate SaaS tools.
- Experience influencing C-level executives and translating technical needs into business outcomes.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and core financial operations.
- Experience with GTM systems such as HubSpot, Outreach, Clari, CPQ (e.g., Salesforce CPQ), and similar tools.
