This role will partner closely with Recruiters and Engineering leaders to identify and engage exceptional technical talent for high-priority searches. The ideal candidate will own the top-of-funnel process, from market mapping and candidate identification to crafting outreach and building relationships. Responsibilities
- Source and engage exceptional talent across Engineering and other technical roles.
- Build creative sourcing strategies for competitive and hard-to-fill searches.
- Develop a strong understanding of technical profiles and what differentiates great engineers.
- Research companies, teams, and talent markets to identify candidates.
- Write thoughtful, personalized outreach to engage candidates.
- Partner with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand teams and calibrate talent.
- Build relationships with candidates and create an exceptional experience.
- Experiment with AI and new tools to improve sourcing efficiency.
- Take on increasing ownership across the recruiting process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in sourcing, agency recruiting, recruiting coordination, sales, or a high-velocity environment.
- Highly motivated with a desire to accelerate career.
- Naturally curious and enjoys learning about companies, teams, and technologies.
- Strong communicator comfortable reaching out to and building relationships with new people.
- Resourceful and willing to try different approaches.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Thrives in fast-moving environments with high expectations.
